Bringing the most years of experience and an easy-going leadership style to the team table, David specializes in residential homes and vacant land. As a well known local businessman and real estate professional, David has been involved in business and real estate since 2000.
A lifelong Florida resident and Gator fan, David has witnessed firsthand the phenomenal growth of the area and has kept his finger on the pulse of the real estate market in southern Brevard County.
A current resident of Bayside Lakes, David has served as president of the Forest Glen HOA in addition to many leadership roles with the greater chambers of commerce. David is also noted for breathing life into the recently formed Merchants Of Bayside (a nonprofit group of local businesses working together to revitalize the Bakeside Lakes area). |

Teri concentrates on representing buyers and those listing properties in NE Palm Bay. She also keeps the team on the cutting edge of today’s trends in financing and related issues. Former owner of local business PIP Printing, Teri treasures her relationships and contacts in the community.

Isaac, the newest member of the team, first moved down to Florida from New Hampshire to be near his girlfriend, who is now his wife. When Isaac first met David, he was working for a field service company that worked closely with banks and mortgage companies.
David was eager to recruit Isaac as his newest team member because he felt his prior experience would provide an added benefit to his clients.
He began working for David as his assistant and learned the business from the ground up. Since then, Isaac has successfully obtained his sales associate license. Currently he does buyer and seller representations, REOs (Real Estate Owned), and works with banks doing BPOs (Broker Price Opinions). His work with BPO's has given him a close look at how the market is going and exactly what it take to sell a home.
