If the answer to either question is “yes”, a free seminar presented by The Worth Team of National Realty of Brevard will provide you with the answers you seek. David Worth announces a free short sale seminar on Saturday, August 14th, from 10a.m.-12, at the Majors Golf course in southeast Palm Bay.
The seminar will focus on two aspects of short sales: One, from the perspective of the homeowner facing foreclosure; and the other from the perspective of investing in short sale properties in a market full of opportunities.
Subjects to be covered during the seminar include definition and documentation of the “hardship package” to make the case for a short sale with the lender, tips for investors, and realistic expectations for timelines, home valuation and financial consequences.
